Known for making everyone comfortable while keeping the day moving, Sheena is a natural leader who blends logistics with beauty and structure with soul. She launched an industry podcast to give couples and vendors a candid look at wedding planning from the inside out — a reflection of her passion for transparency and education.
Away from weddings, Sheena lives a full and vibrant life. She’s rarely without a chai latte, a book (smutty romantasy or a gripping thriller), or a new home-renovation project. She loves movie dates with her boys, concert nights with her husband, great food, karaoke, and the changing of the seasons (Christmas especially).
Every couple Sheena works with becomes part of the Champagne & Roses story. It’s an honour for her to translate their vision into an experience that feels authentic, beautiful, and completely their own.

We can’t thank Sheena enough for the incredible role she played in making our wedding day absolutely perfect. From beginning to end, she brought calm, clarity, and exceptional organization that allowed us to fully enjoy every moment. Thanks to her, I didn’t have to worry about a thing, including a last-minute issue with our makeup artist. She handled it with such grace and care, and because of that, I was able to stay completely focused on my husband and the love we were celebrating.

We live for
The best thing my husband and I did when planning our wedding was hire Sheena! She is incredible and everybody planning a wedding or needing a day of coordinator needs her! She is extremely organized and on top of everything. She is always available through text, phone call or FaceTime and she dealt with my many emotions throughout the whole planning process. She makes you feel heard and valued and as a bride you need someone who is in corner and Sheena is definitely there for you.

I’ve known Sheena since before she started Champagne & Roses. As soon as I got engaged, I knew that hiring her was a non-negotiable for me! Sheena and her assistant planner for the day, Melissa, executed our day to perfection! Sheena was amazing with the kiddos in our ceremony, and she and Melissa seemed to anticipate our needs before they arose. If there were any hiccups, I didn’t hear about them, haha.
