There’s not enough words to express how amazing Sheena is. There are a lot of wedding planners out there but if your type A, like to be in control of almost everything, then Sheena is the coordinator for you. Her personality and professionalism is all you can ask for and she gives so much more than what you ask. I could not imagine the final stages of our wedding without her. So if you’re thinking about hiring a coordinator for your big day, and you’re stressing about who could do it as good as you??… well Sheena can do it better, hands down. We love her so much!

We had such an incredible experience with Sheena and her team for our wedding! We booked a 'Day of Coordination' package with set up and take down, so we wouldn't need to give jobs to our friends and family on the big day and we could all just relax and celebrate. From our first meeting Sheena was so enthusiastic and organized, regularly checking in to see how we were doing, if there was anything else we needed, and even giving us recommendations for vendors we hadn't chosen yet. She made the day go so smoothly, kept us stress free, stepped in as our MC with short notice, and even fixed my hair and dress when the dance floor got a little wild. I am forever grateful to her for making our dream day reality. I can't recommend her enough!!

When my then fiance first mentioned hiring a day of coordinator, I was hesitant and insisted we could handle it ourselves. Fast forward to the weeks before our wedding, and my entire perspective had already changed. Sheena is very gifted at her job. Not only did she handle all of our business and vendor interactions for us, but she regularly checked in and tended to any insecurities we had. The setup of our venue from the reception space to the ceremony area completely exceeded our expectations - it was magical. I cannot overstate the amount of relief and comfort we gained from having Sheena on our side and after witnessing the work she put in, I have no idea how we would have possibly managed on our own. Thank you again Sheena!

First of all I would like to say that i wish I could rate C&R 10 stars... that what Sheena deserves.
From the moment we contacted Sheena, through the whole process and up until our last email she has been nothing short of amazing! We thought we could do all the little details, move all the chairs, stage perfect flowers, be emotionally ready and say I do but we realized we could only do one of those things... that's why we needed her. Not only is Sheena great at her job but she is present at every moment at each meeting and the day of the wedding.
When Sheena says " I got you", she 100% means it.

Where to begin, honestly I cannot imagine our wedding day any other way than not having Sheena and Champagne and Roses at our wedding. She is like a friend/family member, that just seemed to make sense to have there. Not only did we feel confident she would handle all the details prior to and during the wedding on a professional level, but honestly on a personal level she was so sincere.

We got married on June 22, 2024 and we would have hands down not have had such a perfect day without Sheena and Elise. Sheena was so responsive with all our questions leading up to our big day, usually replying to our texts within minutes so we could continue with our planning. Given her vast array of wedding experiences, it gave us peace of mind to bounce ideas off of her but she also gave us ideas that we would not have originally thought of from the limited weddings we had attended.

Sheena is simply the best! From planning, organizing and bringing all our vision to life, she nailed every little detail! I truly cannot say enough good things; we got to enjoy every single second of our planning and most importantly the big day, thanks to her! I was very hesitant at first when looking for a coordinator, but after meeting with Sheena, she felt like the perfect fit to ensure my wedding day was going to be perfect. Which she was. She went above and beyond, literally. From a “type A” bride, she made sure everything went the way I wanted it to. We had the pleasure of having her and Tameka coordinate our wedding and they did not disappoint. Our family and friends raved about them during and after the wedding, let alone, the groomsmen! For future bride and groom’s, if there’s any doubt in having a coordinator whether it’s cost or trust, just know Sheena and her team at Champagne and Roses will not disappoint!
