A: We offer a range of planning and coordination services, from full wedding planning to Wedding Day Management. Whether you need complete guidance from engagement to “I do,” or a professional team to flawlessly execute your plans, we’ve designed packages that fit different needs.

Q: Do you only plan weddings?
A: While weddings are our specialty, we also design and coordinate vow renewals, anniversaries, and other milestone celebrations upon request. We also offer select corporate event planning services as well. 

Q: Do you travel outside Edmonton?
A: Yes. We frequently work in Canmore, Banff, Jasper, and throughout Alberta. Most recently we have also started working in BC at The Emerald Lake Lodge. Travel fees may apply depending on location.

Q: How much does it cost to hire Champagne & Roses?
A: Pricing depends on the level of service and your chosen planner. 

Q: Why do prices vary between planners?
A: Each planner brings unique expertise and experience. Sheena, as our founder, personally takes on a limited number of weddings each year at her exclusive rate.

Q: Do you offer payment plans?
A: Yes. Payments are typically divided into installments. Full details are outlined in your contract.

Q: When should I hire a planner?
A: The earlier, the better. Many couples secure their planner right after engagement to ensure they have support throughout the entire process. For Wedding Day Management, we recommend booking at least 6–8 months in advance.

Q: Do you work with specific vendors?
A: We have a preferred vendor list featuring top professionals we trust and highly recommend. While you’re not required to use them, many couples appreciate the seamless coordination and quality assurance that comes with our vendor partnerships.

Q: Will you take over communication with vendors?
A: Yes. For Full Planning clients, we manage vendor communications from start to finish. For Wedding Day Management, we take over vendor communication approximately 6–8 weeks before your wedding.

Q: Do you carry insurance?
A: Yes. Champagne & Roses Weddings is fully insured.

Q: What is your cancellation or postponement policy?
A: All policies are clearly outlined in your contract. Retainers are non-refundable, but we will always work with you to reschedule where possible.

Q: Are you responsible for bartending or alcohol service?
A: No. Licensed bartenders are required and must be hired through your caterer or a third-party company. Champagne & Roses is not liable for alcohol service, setup, or movement.

Q: Do you provide décor or rentals?
A: We do not carry our own décor inventory. However, we work closely with rental companies and décor designers to bring your vision to life.

Q: How does setup and teardown work?
A: Our operations team manages setup and strike according to your contract. Additional charges may apply for extensive décor installations or late-night teardowns.

Q: How do I know which package is right for me?
A: During your complimentary consultation (what we call a “first date”), we’ll learn about your vision and recommend the package that best suits your needs.

Q: How do I book Champagne & Roses?
A: Start by filling out our inquiry form on the website. From there, we’ll schedule your first date consultation. A signed contract and retainer are required to officially secure your wedding date.
