• Ceremony Sourcing, Booking, and Communication: We will find, book, and communicate with your ceremony venue to ensure everything is perfect.
• Reception Sourcing, Booking, and Communication: Our team will handle all aspects of your reception venue, from selection to booking and coordination.
• Vendor Sourcing, Booking, and Communication: We will source, book, and communicate with all remaining vendors to match your vision.
• Vendor Contract Overview and Negotiation Assistance: We will assist with reviewing and negotiating vendor contracts to ensure the best terms.
• Wedding Budget Assistance and Organization: Our planners will help you create and manage your wedding budget effectively.
• Frequent Client Communication: We offer as much communication as you need, with a minimum of six planning calls ranging from 1-2 hours each.
• Preferred Vendor List: Access to our curated list of top-tier vendors.
• Stationery Design & Support: Assistance with designing and managing your wedding stationery.
• Guest Support/Management: Comprehensive guest management both prior to and on your wedding day.
• Decor Design and Execution: We will help you find your wedding vibe, select decor items, and assist with rentals, including partnership discounts with rental companies.
• Timeline Creation: Detailed timelines for vendors and the wedding party to ensure a seamless event.
• Ceremony Rehearsal: Coordination of the ceremony rehearsal during the week of the wedding.
• On-Site Event Staff: Our team will be present on-site on your wedding day to manage every detail.
• Day-of Coordination: Up to 10 hours of day-of coordination to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Wedding Party Emergency Kit: A kit containing essential items for any last-minute needs.
• Travel Within Edmonton and Surrounding Areas: Travel included within Edmonton and nearby areas (Leduc, Spruce Grove, Sherwood Park, Fort Saskatchewan) city limits.
• Please note: Travel fees apply for venues outside these areas, and rates will be discussed and applied accordingly.
